Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Administration awarded by Austin College in Sherman, Texas, 2004. Mr. Greenberg studied at the University of Westminster in London, England through a study abroad partnership with Butler University and was an academic all-conference defensive back for the Austin College football team. Mr. Greenberg also studied abroad in Chile, Australia, Fiji, and New Zealand.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Greenberg has 8 years of experience in all aspects of civil litigation. He is admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the United States District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Southern Districts of Texas. He has experience in commercial disputes, contracts, collections, employment matters, property disputes, and products liability cases. He sat second chair at five-week trial in San Antonio, Texas, defending a multimillion DTPA and products liability suit against a large manufacturer and distributer of agricultural chemicals, which resulted in a $0 verdict and a take-nothing judgment. Throughout his career, he has excelled in his role as an advocate in other types of disputes, obtaining favorable settlements and judgments in a variety of complex disputes.
